Can I choose to receive the VISA Digital Gift Card instead of the Wine Gift?

No. Only NT residents are eligible for the VISA Digital Gift Cards.

When does this promotion start and end?

The Promotion commences at 12:01am (Sydney time) on 2nd February 2023 and closes at 11:59pm (Sydney time) on 5th April 2023.

 

When do I need to submit my claim by?

On or prior to 19th April 2022.

What if I don’t have my serial number available during the promotional period?

If a claimant is unable to provide the serial number of the Participating Product at the time of submitting the online claim form as the Participating Product has not yet been delivered, the claim should still be registered by 19th April 2023. The claimant must still register all details via the online claim, minus the serial number.

You must, within fourteen days of the date of the delivery of the Participating Product, insert your serial number online and finalise the claim to be considered eligible for the cash back. Serial numbers must be submitted by 30th June 2023.

How do I contact you about my Bonus Wine delivery?

Once your claim has been validated, you will receive an email notification from the LG promotions campaign team. Please allow up to 8 weeks from this notice for your Bonus Wine delivery.

The person receiving delivery must meet the requirements stated by Alcohol delivery laws in place in their state or territory.

The Bonus Wine supplier is the Australian Food and Beverage Pty Limited, trading as Château Tanunda PO Box 316, Tanunda SA 5352, Australia. Tel: +61 8 8563 3888. Bonus Wine is shipped via Australia Post.

How do I update my address details, if they have changed since submitting my claim?

If you have not received an email stating your claim has been approved then our LG promotions campaign team are able to update your details for you, please email the team the changes required.

If you have received an approval email, then the details you have provided upon submission are final and have been sent to the operations team for delivery.

 

I submitted my claim and noticed I selected the wrong wine choice; how do I change this?

Your wine choice is final upon submission of your claim and cannot be updated.

 

I entered a different name on the entry form, from the name on the receipt. Is this ok?

No, it is not. The name/entrant on the entry form must match the name on the receipt, in order to be eligible for this promotion.

I don’t have access to email or the internet is there another way I can enter?

Unfortunately not, you will need to find a family member or friend who can do this for you on your behalf. Please call us on 1300 138 540 if you are having trouble entering online.

 

Why don’t I get an email back straight away after registering?

Sometimes there are short delays in email transmission. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour, you may have entered an incorrect email address. It is also possible that your email service provider is blocking this mail as Spam or Junk mail. Please check your Spam and Junk Mail folders.
